    The last weeks were scary. ER visits were hard. Dianna 
    still can’t walk, or even sit up in bed. But we see signs
    of progress. Sleeping more. Eating more. More treatments coming.

I have nothing against the video, and I am all for making science exciting for the broader audience. I just am not sure why it is at the top of HN.
