They banned a large Covid sub r/NoNewNormal where the bulk of the content would be accepted as common sense today. Themes in that sub were that “the cure is worse than the disease” (it was) and that “we shouldn’t throw away our way of life for Covid” (we chose not to in hindsight). If you are a member of subs like r/lockdownskepticism even today then you frequently get banned from other subs.
