What we’re looking for: We’re seeking a talented and passionate Lifecycle Marketing Lead to join our Growth team. Data analysis as well as ingenuity and creativity are vital as this role will be driving improvements to our products, user experiences and marketing campaigns across all surfaces of our platform (email, push, in-app messages, web+app screens, retargeting banners).
Top responsibilities: - Manage team to develop, manage, and optimize promotional & product email, push, and web campaigns - Manage execution & strategy of data-driven campaigns to ensure business objectives are met across different products on the OKX platform - Work with data science to analyze campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations to the marketing & product strategies based on lifecycle performance
You’d be a great fit if you have the following skills: - 7+ years of managing a team of lifecycle marketers, ideally in the fintech space - Have delivered quantifiable improvements while working on large customer databases - Experience with AB Testing, experiment development and reporting presentation - Examples of utilizing data science to optimize complex promotions that improve LTV, reduce CAC and improve retention
What makes you stand out from the rest: - Bilingual in Mandarin/English - Crypto experience or a willingness to learn - HTML/MJML experience or a willingness to learn - Appetite to expand growth skills in email, push, or web marketing
