So what happens when ChatGPT starts up a conversation with GPT-3.5? Has anyone tried that yet?

I think, Rate Limits will be applied as you mentioned in the article.

#5 is really important. What I learned from articles about Twitter, is big tech sees themselves as gatekeepers of truth. And while that is respectable without proper procedures, safeguards and most importantly impartial and independent oversight this will lead to unintended censorship.
