#3"The shares jumped 6.5% in premarket trading." and that's the real reason all of these are being done. It's investors demanding their pound of flesh in outrageous returns that no other industry but tech and private equity would even consider.

#4Okta gave me a verbal offer in November, and retracted it after 3 weeks of “we’ll get final approval any day now, promise!”
Left a bad taste in my mouth, doubly so because I turned down another offer assuming that Okta would come through.

#10I'm still mad they were allowed to acquire Auth0. We chose them as our identity provider two years ago and the regular calls with our TAM are becoming more "Okta-fied" each time. What an awful company.
