Earlier quoted context omitted.

How often does someone need to buy new handguns?

If you get into Guitars we call it GAS (Guitar Acquisition Syndrome). Some ladies even have fashion accessories, you can color match your guns and purses for every occasion. Try it before you knock it. ;)

GAS may have come from guitars (I don't know really) but is now commonly referred for any hobby as Gear Acquisition Syndrome

Whoa. For me its cookie choice box gives me one choice: agreeing to be tracked. I've never seen that, but it strikes me as pretty rude.

Actually it offers second choice if you read the text. Don't agree and lose some vertical space while using the site.

Right click, inspect, delete cookie question element!

I don't know where it started either, maybe originally it was Gun Acquisition Syndrome, ha.

But I'd like to believe it all started right here:

This site is old school but a bit more informative and fast (from a UX perspective): https://www.automobiledimension.com/car-comparison.php One thing missing is rear leg room (which is critical for me right now with a family of 4)

Unfortunately this site is not useful for me, as it seems there is no way to select my current car, a VW Golf Mk6 5 door.
