Loudspeakers are one thing that do seem to last forever if you take care of them.

I still have my Polk RTI12s from when I got them on employee discount while working at Circuit City. I had to epoxy the bass reflex port back together on one of them, but otherwise they can still take a ton of power and light up an auditorium.

My top vendors right now would be Emotiva (high-end amps) & Monoprice (gigantic, heavy, cheap loudspeakers).

I'd also add Concept 2 rowers to that list.

Mine has seen over 5 million meters and all I've had to do is oil the chain and periodically wipe down the rollers/rail.

I bought 2 real leather belts from a flea market 20 years ago. In that time I’ve had several other leather belts fall apart, with the stitching failing or the material cracking, but these two are perfect. They are just simple leather, one piece, finished on one side and rough on the other, with brass buckles. There is nothing to wear out.

A custom photo book

About a decade ago my brothers and I slummed it across Europe. I took thousands of pictures during the time. I organized the best pictures into a photo book, made several prints, and gave them away later that Christmas. I have a copy on my coffee table right now, and it is a great conversation starter for guests.

Vitamix blender

Strongly recommend the 750. I had a blendtec prior which was a piece of shit by comparison.

The motor unit on the Vitamix 750 is very robust and heavy compared to competition. It does have a digital motor controller, but at least it's not a touch screen interface that will fail in about a year due to kitchen duty issues...

Guitars in general are a great answer.

I have a 72 Gibson acoustic I bought used. Sounds and plays amazing. I see no reason why it wouldn't be passed on to my kids and grandkids eventually.
