It reminds me of all the "We care about your privacy" followed by a list of how we violate it. Somebody must think this sort of doublespeak works. Maybe there is a subset of people that is reassured by it?
Only the band of Pied Pipers who are writing it and self-assuring about its efficacy.

#7This is also interesting because Dave Clark joined as co-CEO after leaving Amazon, where he most recently spearheaded the dramatic increase in fulfillment center capacity due to the pandemic[2], probably the most visible indication that Amazon leadership misread the situation.
