#3Also low glycemic index is fine but when u eat too much fruit you are putting stress on the kidneys with fructose.
Lots of my ailments went away when I switched to a ketogenic diet in 2018.

#4I just want to add gelatine, NAD and vitamin b complex, and super mushroom complex to the list of supplements. Also low glycemic index is fine but when u eat too much fruit you are putting stress on the kidneys with fructose. Lots of my ailments went away when I switched to a ketogenic diet in 2018.
Yeah. I don-t do Zone Diet anymore. Today I just try to eat as varied as possible focusing on getting at least 2g of proteins for every 1kg of weight (I live in the Mediterranean so it-is pretty easy to do). I am trying to introduce intermittent fasting though.

I’m trying to add just supplements I need. NAD+ or its precursors would be nice in a few years (maybe when I’m 35). I’m curious though: why mushroom complex? Yeah. I don-t do Zone Diet anymore. I used to be depressed.90% of neuro transmitters are made in the guts. Mushroom complex is food for the good bacteria. Feeling more happy after a few days of taking them.
Depression lifted after keto but most of the time I'm just fine but not happy.
