Yes, Discogs is basically the IMDb of musical recordings. Its marketplace is probably the best place on the internet to find and sell physical copies of pretty much any musical recording. They don't sell or host digital recordings, presumably for copyright reasons.

Shame, I've been wanting to buy a Wendy Carlos digital album for ages. Guess I'll have to keep wishing. sigh

Achieving something while struggling with gender dysphoria (as many trans people do) is overcoming adversity, which is the exact opposite of privilege.

If you've never experienced the sort of depersonalization and disconnection from our embodied selves that many of us trans people have, you have no clue how difficult it can be to do anything at all.

Also, it's worth pointing out that the source of regret is... people being jerks. Upon transition, transgender people often lose the support of their friends and family, and endure abuse by the public at large. The anti-trans community is abusive and repressive, and they (if indirectly) point to the results of those efforts as a reason not to transition.
