I apologize for being such a downer, but I'm dealing with the fact that my mom died last week. With my brother, other family members, and friends, we're figuring out what to do next. EDIT: She had some end of life arrangements in place (like a will) to make things easier. She had cancer, so this wasn't unexpected, but it doesn't make the feelings any less chaotic.
