I would create a system where big companies could interact with followers for a price. Example: Starbucks could send their followers coupons or giveaways. Since the users are followers they can actively post tweets to them instead of ads which can be blocked.

Yeah, excellent idea. Definitely have to delegate and decentralize the verification process if you want something that’ll scale.
And if Musk doesn’t implement this users could perhaps do it themselves with a browser extension where each user verifies those they interact with and deem notable. Then as you scroll Twitter you can see which accounts have been verified by those you follow. Get a Web of Trust situation going on.

Bots in this context are always referred to bad bots. Like just go on twitter and type 'Metamask, need help' and see 100 replies to your tweet within few minutes.
There are also good bots on twitter, reddit, telegram, but the context in which we are discussing bots while naturally refer to scam bots along with useless spam bot.

So I would build Twitter Red: for $4.20 a month, it will use AI deep learning to analyze tweets and form the appropriate response: ie, calling them a ***, ****, *****, or even a ******. Twitter Red Gold ($6.90 a month) will also suggest they **** themselves in the *** with a *********.
