#2Elon made a huge strategic mistake in buying Twitter. He put down lots of Tesla founder stock as a collateral for the bank loans financing his overpriced $44B acquisition. Elon missed that Twitter largely depends on ad revenue from Teslas competitors. Elon handed them a loaded gun and they pulled the trigger already.
