So, all the people saying private platforms and moderate their content as they choose. I guess it's still ok for those same platforms to be proxies for government censors.

Nothing wrong here, no fear of abuse of this power. Let us all join in and thank our overlords for telling us what to think and what not to think.

They’re not fearful of abuse of this power, because it has (so far) been used in agreement with their ideology.
