#12I imagine any bad actors who store IPs of torrent seeders have done so a long time ago already so your software will not do any harm that hasn't been done already.

If you're worried about blowback as a result of "evil" uses / users, is there a way to release it (somewhat) anonymously, so it's difficult to be traced back to you?
