Big Tech's hiring freeze unlocks rich talent pool for U.S. startups

I don't know, only people who have been moving around the firms in last 6-12 months are the ones who only care about total compensation and nothing else. Talent pool has opened up, but is it "GREAT TALENT" pool, I doubt it.
