Hi, i'm Paata Junior React.js developer. Trying to find my first Job. I found a Bitcamp course and got accepted after the successful interview. As soon as I started writing codes I realized that this was my calling and if I put enough time and effort then I’d get suitable results.

There's a bug in the compensation calculator. For the same experience level (Senior 1, Expert 1.11 - 1.2), - in London (should be 0.67), £128,651 - £139,082 plus equity - in Jamaica (0.6), $157,176 - $169,920 plus equity (this is $142376.47 to 153920.50, which is higher than London) Why is London cheaper than Jamaica?
It would be really funny if the compensation "calculator" pretended to be doing arithmetic behind the scenes by having the decimal factor labels on all the location, seniority, and other modifiers, when really it just looked up the salary grade range from a hashmap and served it to the user. "The numerical modifiers are guidelines, more than actual rules..."
