I'm bummed about this. I've used the two side-by-side since I learned about this, and it seems like Dark Sky gives far richer detail. In fact, sometimes, I've noticed that Dark Sky will accurately predict rain when Apple Weather doesn't. (I haven't ever noticed the reverse.)

The advantage of DarkSky was hyperlocalized forecast. I was able to time a walk between buildings dryly.

The Apple Weather app UI has far less granular detail than Dark Sky iOS app for hourly predictions. I liked the hourly view of temp, humidity, precipitation.
