Can you promote any of the roles internally? That will be the safest and probably most effective way, and it’ll be a fresh new challenge for your highest performers. What will you and your co-founder do once the roles are filled?
Internals are great but they have reached their ceiling to an degree. Co-founders and me started new businesses and they are going very well.
