#14We are not allowed to state opinions that do not agree with our woke corporate masters, it seems. What are they so afraid of?

#18All crowd-sourced online aggregation is bogus. Every single form of it has someone placing their finger on the scale one way or the other. If it isn't a familial corporation it's for-hire bot farms, perhaps even hired by your competition. Or maybe it's the aggregator themselves, running a digital protection racket. Instead, go read a full review written by a trusted curator.

#20Interesting to contrast the IMDB rating with Rotten Tomatoes, not owned by Amazon, which currently has an audience rating of 38%. https://www.rottentomatoes.com/tv/the_lord_of_the_rings_the_... In my opinion, Steam does the best job of handling this tricky problem by leaving all reviews up and transparently letting the user pick whether or not to include periods of "unusual activity".
