So here it goes:

  Location: Europe
  Remote: Yes
Type: Part Time (up to 20 hours per week - less is fine more can happen every now and then but not regularly)
  Relationship: Contractor
Position: SRE/DevOps/Sysadmin (loves writing code in Python, Golang and Ruby)
  Willing to relocate: No
Technologies: many (kubernetes, terraform, docker swarm, various CI/CD systems, ELK stack, grafana/prometheus/loki, golang, python, etc.)
  Résumé/CV: Available upon request
  Email: m47781@tutanota.com
  Rate: 130 USD / hour
Summary: I can help you setup CI/CD pipelines, optimise your team's development environment, setup and operate managed kubernetes clusters (EKS, GCP, DOKS, etc.) on cloud providers (non-managed as well but we're gonna need a team :-), design a scalable and transparent system based on SRE principles. I have experience with micro-services observability story and monoliths. I can lead a team of SREs, etc.

NOTE: To avoid wasting time. I won't reply to agencies and won't take up legacy infra for maintenance. I like working with small teams and/or early stage startups. I enjoy fast-paced teams in challenging environments and long term relationships. I take pride in my work. Please don't send project-based offers or one-offs. I want to be part of the team developing a product medium (12 months) to long terms (over two years) and go through the good and the bad of the product's lifecycle :-)

Hello! My name is Ariel, I'm a full-stack Web developer with 10 years of career experience, and the last 5 centered around building a foundation in full-stack development using Ruby on Rails.

I'm happiest when solving business, customer, and user problems from the perspective of Web-based applications and related information systems. I'm an advocate for privacy by design, open-source software, testing the code you write, and finding room for appropriate automation.

I'm currently only looking for full-time, direct placement opportunities offering salary & benefits on day 1.

I am a product designer who enjoys designing for technical audience.

Before a round of lay-offs, I was working at a small Tax API company as the sole designer. I was tasked with designing an SDK of UI components that simplify complex tax workflows. Before that I worked with the API team at Pinterest, redesigning the developer portal to improve the experience of external developers.

I'm looking for a role where I can continue designing solutions to complex problems. I'm particularly interested in designing for developer tools, infra and ML.

I'm also a self-taught programmer.

Entrepreneurial senior-level software leader with over 15 years of experience and a track record of success. Wide breadth of technology knowledge and business experience. Proven ability to lead teams, solving difficult problems while consistently delivering business results.

SUMMARY:

I've founded multiple successful companies and have several successful 'exits' under my belt. Most recently, I founded and bootstrapped an indie game-dev shop which has designed, built, marketed, and shipped two successful desktop titles -- SimAirport and SimCasino, available on Steam! :)

OBJECTIVE:

I'm currently looking for interesting & challenging opportunities -- especially interested in building & leading high-caliber teams, solving difficult problems, and building real business value. I place a high premium on working with subject matter that I find interesting (some of which includes: AV, rendering/shader/GPU dev, computer vision, simulations, 'IOT', networking, performance/optimization, complex systems & algorithms, hardware/electronics, agent-based AI/behaviors, EVs/solar/energy storage, and more).

I'm generally not looking for "generic web" roles, though I certainly might make an exception if the project subject matter was a great "fit".

Please reach out if you have something that you think might be a good fit! :)

I am currently finishing up bitbarter.io, a crypto payment platform.

These days on the frontend, I am interested in taking advantage of react's capabilities as well as stretching it to its limit. For the backend, I play a lot around top solutions for architecting and building distributed systems.
