Given it’s designed in chunked neighborhoods with some sort of standardized system to allow commuting across the whole of its structure quickly, it absolutely sounds like something that could be built and tested in pieces.

#8While the FSO Safer is a potential $20B humanitarian disaster in the Red sea that needs less than $20M more to start offloading the oil. Hope that the Houthi's do not sabotaged it to make him look like a fool.

#10At 56k per person for both living and working space plus associated infrastructure, 500bn doesn’t seem like nearly enough.
