#4What do you mean by “3D model of the earth”? A cube is a (crude) 3D model of the earth, a sphere a slightly better one, but you probably want more detail.
What details? Maybe you want global height maps, or you don’t care about height, and just want population density, or you don’t care about that, and want buildings and roads, or maybe you’re not interested in things humans built, but want geology down to a few km, or maybe, you want a model for plate tectonics, or one that models the earth’s core, or maybe, you want ocean depths. The possibilities are endless.
