You're looking at the flow and not the storage quantity on that chart.

That last graph[0] is... disturbing.

[0] "Energy content of gas storage sites in the EU". At the time of posting, it is mostly smooth but has a very steep drop at the end. from about 77 to 58 GW*year.

Probably the latter. The big drop is not consistent with the withdrawal plot (no spike in that one.)
