Sorry, Elon Musk, but you’ve got it all wrong about ESG and Tesla

ESG is a smokescreen corporations adopted in the wake of Occupy movement.

It’s meant to distract people from the countless amoral behaviors we see time after time.

A corporation tweets about Green energy, publishes a statement about diversity, posts some rainbow flags, and is all of sudden we’re supposed to absolve them of unethical/illegal behaviors.

In that sense, yes, it is a scam. And it has been effective.
