Note that's $200 each way. So $400.

And when I clicked the link, most tickets were showing as $250 - so $500 round trip not including lodging.

It seems unlikely that Democratic strongholds like california or new york would ban it.

But a future SCOTUS ruling could simply ban it at the national level.

That seems very unlikely. Under what statute would they do that?
