#2It's a banking holiday. I have the day off and so does nearly everyone I know who works a white collar job.
At the software company I work at, there was some acknowledgement for it, but for the most part it's been completely overshadowed by Pride month.

#10It gets mentioned and acknowledged, but it isn't a company holiday, though I'm allowed to take paid time off.
