There is indeed. Usually you chose what lists to install as part of installation, otherwise it's just one package install away.

Under what license is that file? Could one make a webservice based on the data? Edit to clarify: I'm envisioning a open source service that uses an in-browser sqlite database [1] so you don't have to worry about a predatory middle party reserving the domains you searched for. [1] https://sql.js.org/#/
