That’s the thing about history…
Yeah, I didn’t know history started in 1925. Title should be “since 1925.”
In the chart near the top it shows 1902 having the 4th hottest may.

1925 was a single data point in the article, not the earliest recorded comparing year. In the chart near the top it shows 1902 having the 4th hottest may.
