The Constitution was explicitly not a “here are your rights, and only these ones” document. The Ninth Amendment states: > The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Sure—but those other rights must still exist and come from somewhere. Where does the right to abortions until viability come from?
It doesn't have to be written down for it to be one.
