#13So unless the company is extremely young (say younger than 10 years) then there will be tech of all ages and all levels of sexy.

#14I briefly worked for an agency early in my career where most of the clients had WordPress or Magento sites with low to moderate traffic. They would usually only need a few hours a month each, so it wouldn't have made sense for them to hire full time programmers or sysadmins.
