We are a team of two PhDs (Harvard, Caltech) and an MBA (Stanford) developing a technology to help police officers better self-regulate under high stress and improve use of force decisions. We have pilots set with multiple police departments across the country and within the military (graduate of the Stanford H4D program) and looking for mobile developer to help build our first prototype.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience developing mobile apps (Android preferred), interested/experienced in the wearable data analytics space has a passion for product building from scratch. This is a 6 month contract position with a possibility to go full time after 6 months. This is perfect project for an experienced developer wanting to create social impact.

Skills: Java, Android SDK experience, Android studio, Database and API knowledge, Git, Cloud platforms, XML, some backend knowledge (Python, Node.js) preferred.

We are looking for a team player with great communication skills.

We currently have two funded multi-year Federal contracts within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). We are looking for both a Senior Data Engineer and Infrastructure Engineer to work on CMS’s Medicaid Analytics Platform. The platform supports data scientists, analysts, researchers and policy makers to make better data-driven decisions using Medicaid data collected from all 50 States.

Despite the stereotypes about government projects, we work with a very modern stack (Databricks, Python, Spark, and more) and are fully agile. The Senior Data Engineer role would lead a team of engineers that build, administer and scale Medicaid data processing pipelines. The Infrastructure Engineer would support our AWS-based cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform scripts, and more.

$120,000 - $150,000 salary range for both positions.

We are a fully remote team across all major times zones within the United States.
