I make 30 lakhs at non-FAANG company. I have about 10 years of experience. I don't know how to value this before switching. Please post your salaries.

#2Levels and Blind are better sources probably.
This was my TC 2 years back at a FAAANG
Base 65K USD
Stocks 55K USD per yr
Bonus at least 15% of base
FWIW I hated and still hate Bangalore for nightmare traffic, very poor quality of air and drinking water. No TC can fix that so I relocated out of India
Btw quality of work even at FAANG is secondary.
If you prefer India Hyderabad is better IMHO

#3I'm not sure if everyone would be comfortable sharing their pay here. However, I'd suggest you to checkout https://levels.fyi website, it should provide you some insights.

Unfortunately levels data for India is not very good. They also work on the basis of invitation so may not be possible to get a lot of data quickly

#6In my experience salaries of "IT peepul" varies quite a bit based on domain, company, hw/sw etc
To my limited knowledge 30L for 10yr experience is around the mid range for a generic s/w job (i.e. nothing niche)

#730L for 10 years is not very competitive I'm afraid. I know of companies paying 20L cash + equity for ~1 year of experience. You should be looking for a lot more.

#8depends on the skill level i just placed a friend of mine with 12yrs experience
currently at 35L as TL in a new company at 60L as engineering manager. so one has to be on look out for options as well as up skill if you want better salaries.
