Is it just remote, or local or remote? I just don't want them to throw their career/youth away, like I did. Now I'm married to someone from the area and cannot leave (because she doesn't want to ever leave the current county). Before getting too rooted in the area, it could be good to look elsewhere. They could even go somewhere better for a couple years and move back if they want.

I would say local or remote. I try to cast a wide net but most companies have adopted a remote culture because of covid.
