- 1 cup of whole milk
- 1 cup of water
- 1 banana
- 1 cup oats
- 2 scoops whey protein
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- A handful frozen blueberries
About 700-900 clean calories and great when building muscles.
Nothing. I used to think breakfast was essential. Turns out it's just another habit. Two good meals a day is perfectly fine. I also hate the feeling of going to the gym on a full stomach. Working out around ten am or so works great.
- half cup of thin rolled oatmeal (instant kind, it blends more easily)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder.
I generally wake up, put my kettle on for coffee, brush my teeth, then make a single cup of pour over coffee and then an hour or two later I get my smoothie when I get hungry around 12-1.Coffee immediately, then some kind of bar, Nutella on toast, or oatmeal before I run and/or lift. After that maybe hash browns and eggs or some salami/cheese snack thing.
