#22Leave your house. Remote work has downsides, but you have the ability to fix them as opposed to the office where your only option is to switch jobs.
Do you mean "leave your house... to work somewhere else"? If so, that's sort of an option. But at that point, I might as well be working with my coworkers. If you mean "leave your house... outside work hours", this is also becoming more and more possible, yet most of my waking hours are part of my workday.
Either or both.

#23I’d prefer a hybrid arrangement of 1, maybe 2 days at most to have close in-person collaborative work with a team and to get the meetings out there in person, but it’s impossible to be sick of having no commute.

I think that's a very valid point. Part of this is definitely a lack of other socialization as well.
However, so much of the rest of my life is going to be work: I'd like to enjoy the people at my workplace.

#27My very first real career job started February 2020, so I was only in the office for about two months, which was alright. But work from home is all I really know so far. Would be nice to have an office within walking distance though

Getting out is important. Go outside. Play in the rain. Do yard work. Go for walks. Get sun.
