#2> One problem with film reviews is that they are often so concerned with evaluating the quality of a movie that they don’t get chance to seriously discuss the ideas it raises.
Perhaps it is lost on the author just how pretentious it is to disregard the quality of a movie just because the material pushes ideas deemed morally righteous.
I'm guessing the author is also the type of person to admonish consumers of comedy for not enjoying the material of woke comedians.
