You havent seen Border Control: Europe by Discovery network. Border Control: Spain in particular often shows them stopping whole lorries loaded to the gills with stolen chopped up cars trying to cross to Morocco.

I mean while you invalidate my literal point, it's things leaving the EU. Statestate is quite uncommon is what my point should be.

I haven't had much luck. Sometimes you can find stuff with a search engine or PM someone on a forum with a similar setup and ask them nicely to share their tune. But it should be said, it can be dangerous to flash configs from random sources to your ECU.
