I am an experienced software engineer, and I have mostly been working on backend/server-side code recently. In the past, I have worked with many technologies, from C in the Unix kernel, to Java for Android apps, plus various PHP and Javascript bits. I have recently finished a contract in an experimental devops-ish team for a large European bank, and before that I was a senior engineer and 'code owner' (responsible for code/design reviews and deployments, as well as making my own contributions and mentoring junior devs) at an Asian unicorn.

I'm flexible w.r.t. working terms - would be interested in discussing local, remote, permanent, contract, etc. opportunities.

I’m looking for opportunities as a technical / product co-founder or a senior management role at a mature startup. As a previous startup founder / CTO / CEO and current CDO at a publicly listed company my USP is bridging the gap between tech, product and business. I understand everything from technical implementation details to large businesses’ regulatory needs. My experience spans software architecture (web, native mobile, distributed systems, data, ML), product (UI, UX, User Research), strategy and operations. I have built up multiple large teams from scratch. Please get in touch to learn more about what I can do for your company.

I have spent the last 5 years in an architect role working directly for CTOs and helping to put projects together, end to end, with business requirements in mind. I have been working from home for over 10 years and am fully setup for it with excellent internet and disciplined routines.
