#2I don't think he was ever really going to become an "AOL Ventures" employee per this erroneous subhead here. There are really only 3 guys at AOLV and it seems his relationship with them was going to be as a LP.

Yes, a noncompete. It will likely be something they leverage in order to do his earnout.
