#3Of course anti-satellite tests creating uncontrolled debris are totally acceptable.
I wonder what this new path of Chinese comments is leading up to? Is it about reducing personal influence. Building a good guy reputation in space endeavours. Heading off a global comms system that has potential to evade state control?
Either way, very rude.
