That’s interesting - do Google/TikTok use cloudflare in front of all their ingress points? If not, I don’t see how Cloudflare could get an accurate assessment of the number of hits. I guess I’m just not sure how Cloudflare Radar works.

I am equally puzzled by this. Whether it's a vanity stat to grab attention or whether there's some substance to then number given CloudFlare name (or some combination of both as I suspect).
