They are financed by the right wing, and continuously release heavily edited and out of context versions of recordings to push a right-wing narrative. They have paid settlements and plead guilty for causing harm through their sting attempts and disinformation multiple times. He tried to entrap someone for human smuggling. The guy immediately reported it to the police, but O'Keefe released edited footage anyway.

O'Keefe pictured himself in stereotypical "pimp" clothes in the released footage, while actually wearing normal clothes at the time. The whole thing was clearly an attempt to extract something as damaging as possible and dress it up as an actual problem, regardless of the truth.
Even if you agree with their politics, you'd be a fool to assume anyone willing to spin what they produce like that is going to produce "neutral" videos a third party can trust as a source when they have intentionally edited them misleadingly multiple times.

I’m surprised how blantant the narrative pushing is orchestrated. This example happened the other day on NBC news(main channel). Maybe the solution to this is to allow OTC sales of human grade Ivermectin. The drug is one of the safest in the world. No reasonable reason to deny the drug if someone wants it.

It certainly could turn out to be nothing. But on the other hand, why not get a doctors prescription until a couple of high quality studies have decided the issue? As you point out, the only real problem seems to be people taking it in unsafe dosages or through unreliable channels like a vet.

This isn't trial by Reddit, this is discussion of the evidence that has been investigated by professional investigators and presented as evidence in open court. The only thing I mentioned that wasn't raised and cross-examined in a court of law was the statement on ABC, by the same person who had said something different under oath just before.
