haha. I do. I'm trying to figure out who their intended victim is. It definitely isn't anyone in the industry.

#4My real question is who are they trying to scam? I don't believe anyone with industry experience would buy their outlandish claims.
My current hypothesis is that they are going after government grants? and possibly over zealous companies looking to get their foot into the insert tech buzzword sector.
