#162Give it a list of names, it presents pairs of names to voters who choose which they prefer of the two. Allows many people to work together to narrow down a name choice.
I took the site down after a while because I didn't want to keep paying for it after both my kids were born.
It worked ok, although the app basically just confirmed that we had clear favorites for our names.

#163Another is “is this name a rude or funny word in one of these other languages?”

#168My wife is also pregnant and this is the first baby-name app I don't hate.

#169We recently had our first child and finding a name for him was extremely difficult. We tried using books and apps but they weren't that helpful. Part of the problem was that we wanted a name that would work in both english and spanish, and wasn't too popular or trendy. I found that I hated most boy names, especially the ones that are trendy today (Aiden, Jaiden, Zaiden). Feel free to name your kids whatever you want,…
Kayode (no accent) is from Africa. I’m white. Oops. Also Lycaon is short for Lycaon pictus… African Wild Dog. Double oops on the first name.
