Looking at history exciting stuff (both positive and negative) happen where there is a huge concentration of young people interacting with each other.
English proficiency is quite good as well.

#6Lagos, Nigeria. That's where young people are. Looking at history exciting stuff (both positive and negative) happen where there is a huge concentration of young people interacting with each other. English proficiency is quite good as well.
As I'm not single and have a family to attend to I'd probably stay where I am or move to a village in the Peak District (UK).

#7So are many other large and diverse multinational cities. Many of them also happen to be great for in-office tech job opportunities.
