The great threat to outsourcing is actually software itself. Either an open source library, or a no code tool or a SASS.
Also, the core problem in software is what to build and what is the right architecture, not how.

I think his argument is that this is the first time remote work has gone from some sort of fringe concept to a widely accepted concept. So it's a cultural shift.

If your no longer in tech, would you own more tech stock?
Also, if I didn't code for a job I'd probably code in my spare time on a competitor to one of my previous jobs.
