#2Can someone with expertise in the topic weigh in on the reasoning of using tau and amyloid-beta to assess disease progression? It seems to be mixed/unproven on cause and effect, but can those markers be trusted for measuring the state?

#3This doesn't seem very surprising to me. The brain can handle up to certain level. It's only when it exceeds a threshold that it starts to really make an impact.
