#3I know this just from a Twitch streamer I watch. He'll occasionally have to stream with the camera off because having the camera on takes a lot of energy

I've never had a camera on during meetings. The profile pictures of people also make me feel the same way as video.

I feel bad about it, used to have the stand up scrums and then just disappeared behind a computer oh well, been like that over a year and a half now. Only 1 out of say 10 people have their webcam on now used to be more early on.

#7Just turn off self view. It's distracting and weird to see yourself in a meeting.
Idk why it works but I find it smoothing and allows me to control how I am being seen. Just my personal experience.
