Silencing people and pretending it’s OK is not going to work. It’s a double edge sword. Because one day they’re going to silence you. The math doesn’t work out long term.
I don't know. I agree that refusing to do business with someone is a finite source of political power, but the cost is short-lived. I've listened to the song and it's primary (only?) message is to call out a blatant lie from the news media and that we should all be critical consumers of that media.
